If you would have ended the video with "Thanks You" for watching, every smart ass on the web would have given you a comment! I just wanted to be the first! And yes... Thank You for such a great video!!!

See, that's why you're the great Renetto and I'm just some guy babbling into a camera!

And, in anticipation of your expression of appreciation for my assessment of your Internet prowess: No problem!

Tricky entendres there, Scottso!

Evaluating the degree of difficulty of extending a courtesy is funny stuff.

So for you, "no problem" means, "be careful, 'cause the next one might cost ya'"? I can see that. Thanks.

There's definitely a generational aspect to these two phrases, like you say. I think there is a difference, since "no problem" is a kind of double negative rather than "my pleasure," which is an assertion. I know they're now used interchangeably but there are subtleties involved that I enjoy exploring!

Thanks!

I'd do it for anyone. Don't consider yourself special.

Wow it is a funny thought... In general I say your welcome but when the individual makes it sound like I bent over backwards for doing what I did etc. I say "really it was no problem" I still say the your welcome but toss that in for extra measure so they stop acting like I spent my last moment of life helping them. hee hee.

I agree with William T about your character, Jim. It's great to see. As for my redneck card, well, I've got my "Don't Tread on Me" flag in the shop. And I do own guns. I've hunted all my life (pheasants and quail). Nowadays I root for the quail and…
