Hey Ken

I know you KNOW gay people and that this was tongue in cheek, but as it so happens, the gay men and women I know have the same complexities and issues that heteros have. In my relationships, I've tended to be more like how men are perceived to be. In other words, I'm the emotionally-detached one who doesn't understand why everything has to be so intense and I have little patience for anyone who's needy or is high-maintenance when it comes to requiring my attention.

So it's not just a hetero dynamic. My gay male friends are just as likely to be sensitive or needy in terms of validation as women may be perceived to be.

And just for the record, if you're a big fan of Cher's, you are totally gay. :oP
