Why are you doing this to yourselves?

Why are you letting PB ruin your interaction and this site?

It is the community that sets the tone on VH, no one else. If you consistently engage a man who almost exclusively posts content here to incite drama, then you are guilty of what's happening to this site. Instead of this place being an opportunity to interact on all that makes up your worlds, to learn from one another and forge friendships, this has become a place where the members indulge in dramatic fights about obnoxious and outrageous statements. But instead of ignoring PB, you flock around his bullshit and play along.

Is this what you want? Is this why we go through the troubles of making this a community owned web site? Is this what the members who were kind enough to do so gave their money for? Do you really prefer the interaction with a self-righteous moron over the interaction with the long list of people that left because of the incessant vile drama you so readily engage in?

This is not about vortex and his silly feud with PB. Vortex is just one of you who can't handle himself when PB is around and goes to ridiculous posts that will one day get him banned. It is not about PB, though he's at the heart of this, who consistently rides the edges of TOS and GP. It is about you, the folks who engage him and debate his statements instead of just ignoring them. It is about you who stand by and watch, it is about you who leave.

Why don't you stand up for what is yours instead of shitting on your own carpet and complaining about the smell?

Speak up, fools!

Debate is A-okay with me. I often enjoy it.

And I don't mind drama either, really. If people want to drama it up with each other, it's no skin off my nose.

It's the beginning of summer. VH always slows this time of year. Vortex vs PB are just filling the space - it beats dead air.

And there's still good content rolling along. I'm still getting caught up on The Joy of Psychology videos Ben has been posting (seriously, guys, if you've missed 'em, clicky clicky).

But in also being a Mod, all our issues are PB or Spambot related. That gets old real quick. If only it was just Vortex who had a problem, the solution would be simple.
