Some former voters specifically stated they didn't want to be included on the former voters list (because "rawr, I hate votes so much!!")... So they won't be on the former RV list even though they are, in fact, former RVs.

^If Nigel was once a voter, he shouldn't have to wait the 30 days to become one now, right?

@BM, ok, so were you a voter at one time?

@Nigel - Yes you are, so technically you should no longer be on this(former)  list, but I need to organize the records I had, so for now, this is everyone who is currently listed on all of the "former RV lists.

maybe it was a combination of voting in less than 50% of the elections AND leaving the site.

Here's the situation:

1. Jay created the first RV spreadsheet

2. I made a blog post of the former RV's for archival purposes, with no plans to keep that post up-to-date due to the new spreadsheet.

3. I can't find that blog post now.

4. While serving as VC in the past, Jay and I would red-line anyone who emo-quit, so initially, we didn't have a seperate "former" list.

5. The list got clunky with all the redlined people, so I "hid" the former people, which could be viewed by "unhiding."

6. At some point, new spreadsheets were created for "formers."

7. There are now multiple copies of "formers," each a little different.

8. When I admitted Nigel, I wasn't able to link to any one single up-to-date and accurate "former" list, since they were the sum total of many lists.

9. So ... this list is consolidate anyone and everyone who had at any point in time been a "former"

@A6 - Correct, there are no waiting periods anymore for "formers." I guess we all misinterpreted the GP through the various VC terms. It was pretty weird to read that and wonder why we all gave a waiting period.
