Because of fear I rarely speak my mind. I keep everything inside that I think might offend others or bring judgement upon myself. I feel like such a chicken. A very quiet chicken.

Fear keeps me from doing a lot of things. I seek out the things a fear a lot. The fears that hold me back the most are the simple ones. Relationships and finances are the most common sources for me.
