Global Warming?

We've had no snow. It's hard to believe this time of year we have green grass and daffodils blooming. It's not global warming though. It happens about every 10 years and it's great! The Olympics in Vancouver are trucking in loads of snow on to the mountains. I certainly believe in climate change, we've been going through it for centuries, it's nothing new. I wish it was getting warmer. Last winter in Australia kicked A$$! = )

I'm for it until july and August. I am in Louisiana after all. We get our share of the heat.

in the 70s they said we were going in to a new ice age but people forget that one so fast too. it just fits the agenda they want us all be looking at. our power usage is a problem that we should be more independent from fossil fuels. we will have to fight more wars if we stay this way, is what should be really said to the people. its funny that china and most of the Asian are moving in the right direction for building greener way of life. most of the solar work done here has not been support by the goverment but more people working for a real change and Peace. i have to add, Delaware is more open to every one putting up wind mills and solar panels on there house and in there back yards to get off the grid as much as they can. Maryland still says we need to stay on the grid and so many laws are still needed to be changed here for a movement to begin in this state.

I have hope in a real change but i don't agree with AL Gore's plan. it is in the right direction but taxes people is not what this system needs or could handle right now. We all just need to see the facts involved here.

If we just start with small steps , we can all get the change that is needed. the drama gets us divide in to groups again.

remember last year when I would comment and blogged about Seattle and deep deep snow here and everyone bitching about our mayor and his late late snow clean up [ practically zero ] it was cold very.
WELL.. I am looking outside ,went outside and since jan we have darn near had spring. MY Lilac bushes have buds and so do my cherry tree's. the eater flowers are coming up ... good??? no.. we usually can get hit in March by a freeze or even a spring snow .. this could kill all our pretty flowers and effect our eastern apples and peaches..great to be outside ,drive and see the road clearly without back splash though ..yayay :)

people thinking that swine flu is real and they need to take a vaccine that existed before the actual disease and people thinking global warming is BS - those people piss bella of with their, I won't say stupidity, but stubbornness.
global warming or climate change(does it really matter how you call it, bottom line is we are fucking up climate) will lead to ice age. ice age has to happen. it's inevitable. no matter what we do. we can only slow the process.
and it's not gonna come in 5 minutes, these things need time. lots of time.

I watched a doc last week, that stated that Volcanos produce more CO2 in a year then the human race has since we began, and that CO2 doesn't cause global warming, but CO2 is a result of global warming, No scientists that have studied GW believes we are responsible, and that it all comes down to the Sun ie sun spots, it was proven a long time ago the the more sun stops there are the warmer the weather is, the fewer the colder it is, i'll track down the doc and embed the first part here.
