Having spent the first 59 years of my life in one place, of course I wondered, just a little bit, how hard it would be to move half-way across the country. After one year in Missouri, I can honestly say that Bonnie and I are very happy together, and I'm glad that I made this change in my life. While I do miss my children, I talk to them regularly, sometimes more than once a week, and my daughter has visited here on a couple of occasions.

I grew up in a blue collar home. My father was a Teamster, working on a loading dock for nearly twenty-nine years, until a work injury forced him to retire before he was fifty. Just sixty years old, he died from complications due to diabetes in the early Nineties.
