Fatal stabbing suspect Cyan Brown, 16, was the aggressor in Xmas Eve subway fracas, say cops
She's no victim, after all.
A Queens teenager who stabbed a man to death in a subway was facing manslaughter charges Tuesday night after cops said she was to blame in the Christmas Eve fracas.
Cyan Brown, 16, was originally portrayed as a plucky victim who stabbed Thomas Winston, 29, in self-defense after a group of… Continue

its 11:45 PM, december 31 2009 as I am writing this..
I am on a graveyard shift..
earlier, one patient tried to attack me..he gave one big punch aiming to my face but missed..
because..
he thinks I am the Devil and I am his enemy (he is highly delusional that he is one of God's angel and is receiving messages from Him straight from above)
then attacked for more..
we were on the floor rolling and wrestling like we were in wrestling match..
but I was able to… Continue
I was going to go to all the videos and respond to all the kind words that everyone had to say to me, however I decided that I should stop crying first then do a vlog later today to thank each and everyone.
Again THANK you all very much , see you real soon on a vlog.

Goddess, I love this time away from school. I feel so rejuvenated! I get things done that I've put off for YEARS, and I reflect about the direction of my life; my loved ones, my career, & my personal interests.
I get to browse a bit, too, without feeling a sense of urgency around getting lesson plans and grading done, so I figured I'd share today's musings with you as I browse my e-mag subs.
Maybe you'll find something interesting, or maybe not. Either way, thanks…Continue
OK I'm writing this at 01.10 GMT. Yes I know it's very late but I forgot to upload a vlog on another channel which must go up by tomorrow to make any sense! Why did I forget? Well, it's all to do with the best thing I've heard this Christmas season - "Hello Grandpa!" shouted by my 4 year-old grandson as he entered the arrivals hall at Heathrow from airside on Boxing Day morning. Hugs and kisses followed and have continued with him and his 11 month old brother since then.
I've been trailing stocks and targeting message boards relating to companies that manufacture scanning equipment and already have current contracts with the US govt. Two companies have been testing this technology for the past two years, OSI Systems Inc and L-3 Communications.
OSI experienced massive trading volume today (over 8m shares versus a previous average of 140,000 shares @ day).
I used to arrive at the train station at the same time every day. I always took the same trains, I always met the same people and I always arrived at the same place.
Lately, I've been getting to the train station and the trains I've normally taken are not running or they are closed to me. Sorry, you can't take this train any more, remember?
I'm standing in the train station trying to figure out which trains to take.
Some days I feel really lost.

where George W. Bush was elected not once, but twice, where we have shows depicting adults less intelligent than 5th graders, where actually coming up with a sensible national health plan is only now finally being considered, where sexual preference is still used to discriminate, where too many idiots believe 'Intelligent Design' should even be included in school curriculums, where __________________ - you fill in the… Continue
Okay, I see that people are grumbling that they didn't get their prizes yet. Just after I posted my last blog - http://www.vloggerheads.com/profiles/blogs/headlies-done - on the subject, my mother-in-law died. The prizes are still here and I still have the list and most of the adresses. I made a commitment to send them, and I will send them - to those few who actually were glad of getting a prize and responded.
Will I ever do something like offering prizes again - NO! HELL NO!
I recently learned that if you have a parent or grandparent who was born in Ireland, you can apply for citizenship in that country. You can read about on the official web site for Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs. I think my grandmother was born in Ireland so if I should be able to apply for citizenship.
Having dual citizenship can be very useful. As a citizen of a European country, you might find it easier to get… Continue

In a vlog today, Lima asked the VH community how we felt about increased security. I did a bit of research about digital body scanners and the companies that make them....pretty fascinating (hope my cookies are not triggering a security concern :O ). I've come to the conclusion that by the end of 2010, total strangers will be seeing you naked at your favorite airport.....OR...... you WILL be patted down the old fashioned way. What's a more attractive option to you....???
(This is a reply to Helen's blog, "Transgendered vlogs"... read that first, please.)
I agree, some of it is disturbing... it seems some place an awful lot of expectation on finally being happy at the end of tunnel, and only a few seem to really be (and often, those are the ones who were happier all along).
If it makes them happy, then super. But I feel like they're kind of victims of social… Continue
