Throughout my life so far I have encountered many people who have made a point to let me know the earliest memory they have of their childhood. I have had to endure the pain of dragging it out of my mind for school essays, general conversation and more than one councillor. And I always end up asking one simple question which is; Why? This is not a subject I wish to look back on, as the only memories I have from the beginning of my childhood, although limited, aren’t ones I enjoy bringing…
