I just learned my best friend who I grew up his father died today. Our parents were best friends as well and even though I haven't seen him in 20 odd years this still makes me sad. As you know I'm a hardcore atheist but a big part of me wishes he is in a better place with his wife who passed away several years ago. They were like second parents to me.
