no new ideas? no "out of the box" it seems like folks are resigned for transfer to willing party. Nobody likes making it a non prof. I suppose that transfer to willing member is the easiest in the "short term" but what about the "long term"? can we build something that isn't stuck with one point of failure?

@lima - that is a good suggestion. She has always been a good facilitator eh? I have my doubts if she would want to wrestle that beast ;-)
