Awesome! I've always love anything to do with time travel, and this is that, PLUS a love story. I've only just started, and I basically only have time to read at bedtime, so it should take a little while. Thanks for joining me! :)
It IS, isn't it? The whole paradox of time travel always gets to me. You know...if I went back in time and shot my mother, I would never have been born, so I couldn't go back in time to shoot her, so she would live, so I would have been born....but this seems a little different approach. I'm lovin' it. :)
My favorite time travel story is "Enoch Soames" by Max Beerbohm. You get time travel, a deal with the devil, a satire about literary ambition, and one of the most satisfying twist endings in fiction in the space of about twenty pages.
Well? For me, so far, so good. It's a little hard to wrap my head around...I don't want to say what for fear of spoilers. But I am really enjoying this book. How about you?? Can't wait til we've all finished it to talk about it. :)
Okay, so...where are YOU? I am a little past when they finally get married. This is going slower than I thought. It's good, I really like it, but I don't obsess about it or think about it all day like I've done with some books (can anyone say Harry Potter?).
